ART SG 2025 | Learning & Working Opportunities

ART SG, Southeast Asia’s largest-ever art fair, will take place from from 16 – 19 January 2025 with a VIP Preview and Vernissage on 16 January at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre


Discover an exciting program featuring emerging and established artists alongside large-scale site-specific installations in PLATFORM, and specially created content by our Cultural Partners Delfina Foundation and Bangkok Kunsthalle in TALKS, supported by AXA XL, and FILM, screened in collaboration with ArtScience Museum.


As the official Cultural Partner of ART SG, Art Outreach has facilitated a suite of working and learning opportunities for art school students and individuals with a passion for art, who would like to gain exposure to the logistics of running an international art fair, while developing practical industry skills.


We are looking for 20–30 fair and gallery assistants to support the fair by providing a welcoming, professional, and informative experience for visitors. Depending on your role, your duties will include assisting in way-finding, fielding visitor queries on artworks and programming, ensuring the safety of artwork installations by enforcing rules in a firm but courteous manner, providing program support including managing visitor flow and seating for talks and film screenings, and supporting galleries with sales and interfacing with clients.


Half/full-day shifts are available across the following periods:

(please note that the timings will be confirmed closer to the dates)

15 Jan, Wed: Setting up (TBC) depending on the gallery you're matched with.

16 Jan, Thurs: 11:00am-7:00pm

17 Jan, Fri: 12:00pm-7:00pm

18 Jan, Sat: 11:00am-7:00pm

19 Jan, Sun: 11:00am-5:00pm



Fair Assistant | S$12/h


- 17 years old and above

- Flexible schedule

- Full availability is not needed for the entire event

- Assist in way-finding, fielding queries and providing programme support for visitor


Gallery Assistant | S$12-15/h


- 17 years old and above

- Have to be available throughout the duration of the fair (16 - 19 Jan)

- Support with sales and client interfacing (previous experience is a plus)

- Ensuring safety of artworks at booths

- Assist in setting up and de-installation of booths

- Based on the needs of the different exhibiting galleries, you will be matched accordingly.




Learning opportunities with ART SG are fielded exclusively through Art Outreach. Priority will be given to applicants who are available for more shifts. We will be in touch with you shortly if you have been shortlisted and briefing will be provided.
