Art Outreach is looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys getting creative with digital content and has a genuine interest in the latest social media trends to help drive our marketing efforts. Working alongside our Chief Creative and team, you will help to produce compelling content that promotes our programmes and grows our audience base.


This is an exciting opportunity to join an established art organisation that is passionate about making visual art accessible to the public and developing a vibrant art community in Singapore, with room for growth.


Responsibilities

This is a varied role and you will need to be flexible and willing to take on a range of tasks and initiatives as assigned when required.


1. Marketing

  • Support in the creation and continuous improvement of a robust marketing plan that oversees the promotion of all projects through our digital channels (mainly EDMs, website, Instagram, Facebook)

  • Plan and schedule posts according to social media calendar

  • Design layouts and craft engaging copy that effectively promotes our programmes and drives meaningful engagement across different audience segments

  • Track and study insights and analytics of marketing efforts and engagement, and generate regular reports for reporting to Art Outreach Board


2. Media Production

  • Plan and prepare photo/video shoots for our key events to adapt into engaging content for our digital platforms and for archival purposes, helping to manage the end-to-end processes from ideation, to set-up, shoot, and post-production

  • Assist in preparing layout plans, wall text layouts and post-event reports as needed


3. Programme Management Support

  • Assist in tracking project goals including creating and updating timelines and budget sheets

  • Support on-ground event operations including installation and teardown of programmes, managing vendors and volunteers


Qualifications

  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply but 1-2 years of relevant working experience in photography/video production is preferred

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Final Cut Pro/Premiere Pro, CaptureOne/Lightroom

  • Ability to manage and operate photography/videography and lighting equipment is a plus

  • Efficient and calm when working under pressure on a simultaneous tasks, to tight deadlines

  • Motivated problem-solver with ability to creatively address and resolve challenges

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, using a hands-on approach with the skills to create and edit content where necessary

  • Good written and verbal communications skills, with sharp focus on attention to detail to ensure grammatical and technical accuracy
